Gloriously situated directly overlooking the sea, opposite the golden beach. Split-level restaurant with panoramic views over the bay, Bar, Lounge, Regular entertainment. All twin/double bedded rooms have sea views at no supplement, Ballroom, Indoor leisure complex with four lanes for short mat bowls. Mobility Grade: 3 – Hotel has a level sea front location with easy access to Sandown Pier. A few gentle steps at entrance. Incline to main town. A few steps within hotel but lift serves all floors.

Wednesday |
We travel to Southampton for our ferry to the Isle of Wight. On arrival, enjoy tea or coffee with mince pies. After dinner, relax in the ballroom with music for dancing or listening. |
Thursday |
Following breakfast, enjoy a leisurely drive to the charming village of Godshill, then continue to the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary where a cream tea is included. Return to Sandown for tea or coffee and Christmas cake. A pre-dinner glass of wine and carols is followed by a candlelit dinner and evening entertainment. |
Friday |
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed Christmas morning with a glass of sparkling wine and a visit from a special guest. Traditional Christmas lunch is followed by the King's Speech, tea or coffee and the hotel's bumper quiz. A buffet supper precedes evening entertainment. |
Saturday |
Enjoy a Boxing Day drive to Ryde with free time for lunch, then experience the Boxing Day Steam Special on the Isle of Wight Steam Railway, with mince pies and mulled wine included. Farewell dinner, entertainment and prize-giving conclude the day. |
Sunday |
After breakfast, return to the mainland and homeward bound. |
