We travel to Cheshire, with suitable comfort stops along the way, arriving mid?afternoon at the Cottons Hotel. |
Friday |
After breakfast, we visit the historic city of Chester. Enjoy free time to explore the famous two tiered Rows, stroll along the ancient city walls, admire the cathedral or enjoy lunch beside the River Dee. We return to the hotel mid afternoon for time to relax or make use of the hotel's leisure facilities. |
Saturday |
This morning we enjoy a visit to beautiful Tatton Park, one of Cheshire's finest estates, with its impressive mansion, landscaped gardens and picturesque parkland (attractions subject to seasonal opening). In the afternoon, we spend time in the charming market town of Knutsford, with its boutique shops, cafés and historic streets. |
Sunday |
After breakfast, we enjoy a gentle drive through the Cheshire countryside, calling at the attractive town of Nantwich, known for its timber framed buildings and historic market square. Enjoy time at leisure for lunch or sightseeing. We return to the hotel mid afternoon to relax before our Easter Sunday dinner. |

After breakfast we are homeward bound. |
