The Cheltenham Chase is set in 15 acres of landscaped grounds with stunning views over the surrounding countryside at the foot of the Cotswold Hills. We arrive at our hotel for an included light lunch. 6.30pm join your fellow guests for a drinks reception prior to dinner, followed by evening entertainment. |
Thursday |
This morning we drive to the Gloucester & Warwickshire Steam Railway at Cheltenham Race Course where, recreating the Golden Age of Steam, we enjoy a scenic 14 mile heritage train ride to Broadway. Here our coach transfers us in to Broadway for some free leisure time. Returning to our hotel there is time to prepare for tonight's Gala Dinner and New Year's Eve celebrations which includes music, dancing & fireworks. |
Friday |
After a leisurely 'brunch', we blow away the cobwebs with a trip to Gloucester Quays.- a shopper's paradise, Gloucester Quays is home to designer and high street fashion brands offering discounts up to 70%, including more than 60 top names and is now one of the fastest growing outlets in the UK. Tea/coffee cakes at the hotel during the afternoon. Our evening fun continues with dinner and in-house entertainment to round off our stay. |

Departing after breakfast we pause briefly in Stow-on-the-Wold before arriving home in the early afternoon. |
