The Coach Travel Group, has been a delivery partner for The Hundred cricket competition for the last 3 years and will continue to operate in 2026. Providing a fully managed ground transport solution for teams, officials, VIPs, and accredited personnel across multiple Host Cities in England and Wales.

The Coach Travel Group designed and implemented a comprehensive operational plan to support the fast-paced, multi-venue nature of the tournament. Services included all international and domestic arrivals, team transport, hotel-to-training venue transfers, match-day movements, and operational logistics across the tournament footprint.

Early engagement with team logistics leads and event organisers ensured all requirements were anticipated and aligned to tournament schedules and performance demands. Dedicated on-site liaison staff maintained continuous communication with teams and stakeholders, enabling immediate response to operational changes, including emergency medical transfers, schedule adjustments, and additional transport requests.

As teams were eliminated, priority departure arrangements were coordinated, including airport transfers, fast-track processing, and efficient exit planning, ensuring a seamless end-to-end service.

The operation was supported by a dedicated fleet of 16 executive coaches deployed for the full 27-day tournament period each year. All vehicles were branded in official tournament livery and equipped with enhanced onboard facilities, including Wi-Fi and tables, supporting team preparation and operational efficiency.

This delivery demonstrates The Coach Travel Group’s capability to manage high-intensity, multi-location transport operations within a live broadcast sporting environment, ensuring reliability, stakeholder coordination, and operational flexibility comparable to UEFA EURO 2028.
