The depot has capacity for up to 20 vehicles, with the Birmingham operation expected to grow in phases. The site will be supported by a dedicated team of drivers, engineering staff and service delivery supervisors. Facilities include a coach wash, engineering workshop, office space, staff welfare facilities and on-site parking, creating a fully operational base designed to support daily services and growing demand from both education and corporate customers. 

The Birmingham location has been strategically selected to position vehicles closer to key education and corporate clients. With close proximity to universities, schools and major business hubs, the new depot will enhance operational efficiency, improve response times and reduce unnecessary mileage.
