The former flagship of the Holland-America Line, ss Rotterdam has sailed the seven seas and is now permanently moored in an historical location of Rotterdam harbour. Depart Henley in the morning for Dover and the ferry to Calais, then continue to Rotterdam to board SS Rotterdam for our unique 4-night stay. |
Day Two |
Visit the Euromast, the Netherlands' highest observation point, for sweeping views over Rotterdam, the port and Erasmus Bridge. Later, enjoy a 75-minute Royal Spido harbour cruise past the city skyline, docks and the iconic steamship Rotterdam. |
Day Three |
Explore Loevestein Castle, a medieval stronghold with a remarkable past as a state prison and a key place in Dutch history. Discover stories of nature, intrigue and scholar Hugo de Groot. |
Day Four |
