    Our comfortable and elegant hotel is located on the Victorian promenade overlooking Douglas Bay and is just a short walk from the town centre. Restaurant, bar. Mobility Grade: 3. Locality is level. Hotel has 18 steps to entrance, but alternative entrance is available. There is a lift to all floors and public areas have ramps.

    Passengers do not need a passport to travel to the Isle of Man but are advised to take a form of photo identity. A driving licence, citizenship card.

    Saturday

    We travel north to Heysham to catch our ferry to Douglas.

    Sunday

    We enjoy a relaxed morning in Ramsey, the island's second largest town, with time to explore its extensive harbour, seaside promenade and independent shops. This afternoon we visit the fascinating Isle of Man Motor Museum, home to an impressive collection of classic cars, motorcycles and motoring memorabilia

    Monday

    Today, we travel to Laxey Station, where we board a train on the Snaefell Mountain Railway to the top of the island's highest mountain for spectacular views of the island (weather permitting!). We take the train back to Laxey and pay a visit to the Laxey Wheel.

    Tuesday

    We discover the south coast today, beginning with a trip aboard the Isle of Man Steam Railway. We board the train in Douglas and travel through the countryside to the resort of Port Erin. We then continue by coach to The National Folk Museum at Cregneash.

    Wednesday

    A free day to relax and explore Douglas

    Thursday

    We board our ferry to Heysham and continue south homewards to the Midlands.
    The order of the days our excursions operate may be subject to alteration.
